Department Manager Opening
General Management of surface treatment department including production throughput, baths, chemical analysis, process development, trouble shooting, new process introduction and continuous improvement.  Have a good knowledge & background in electro-polishing, hard chrome, plating, phospshating, black oxide, passivation, parts blasting, cleaning etc.  Familiar with waste treatment and environmental issues.

10 yrs experience in plating operations. Technical or chemical undergraduate degree. Masters degree preferred

Department Supervisor Opening
•    Assign personnel to operations
•    Train personnel and insure quality and quantity of work
•    Schedule Production Operations to meet production schedule
•    Responsible for department efficiency, utilization and productivity
•    Review and correct daily time sheets
•    Handle employee relations with the assistance of Human Resources Department
•    Complete annual performance reviews
•    Strong supervisory and communication skills
•    Interact with other supervisors to meet goals

The ideal candidate must have good knowledge and background in Electro-Polishing, Hard Chrome Plating, Phosphating, Black Oxide, Passivation, Parts Blasting, Cleaning, Etc. and must be familiar with Waste Treatment and Environmental issues
