ENIG on PZT ceramic--looking for training; seminars; schools

Good Morning,

We ENIG plate lead zirconate titanate bare ceramic and occasionally Hysol filled epoxy. I'm looking for training, seminars or schools to help teach me how to do this better. All leads are greatly appreciated.
