Complete Automatic Powder Coating Line manufactured by Hi-Tech Systems with Wagner Powder Application System.  This line was installed but never operated so all equipment is still in immaculate, new condition, now the owner is relocating and it must go!!

System includes and 9 stage pre-treatment system for zinc phosphate.  Washer opening is 27 in. x 70 in. high.  Everything built completely from stainless steel including the spray halos in all stations, includes sludge remover for stages 1 and 6.  Powder booth and clean room with 8 automatic Wagner reciprocating guns, and one manual station with gun and hopper.  Powder booth part opening is 32 in. x 73 in. high.  Elevated convection type dry off oven to 120 C, cool down chamber, cure oven to 180 C.  635 ft. of overhead enclosed track chain conveyor.  Utility requirements: Electric – 460, 3ph, 60 hz; Gas – 5 psi natural gas; Water – 100 gpm @ 60 psi; Air 100 psi at drop point.

This system has an overall footprint of approximately 80 ft. long x 65 ft. wide and has an elevated oven section above that is approx 30 ft. high.  Again this system is just as new as the day it was installed in 2003 and includes all drawing and manual binders.  FOB: NC
