Business college student looking for any and all information

I am a business student completing my final class before graduation. The final project is over the finishing industry. I am looking for any and all information on this industry. More specifically, I am looking for things such as Industry trends, driving forces, key success factors, industry attractiveness, dominant economic features (size of market, etc.), PEST analysis, etc. If you have any insight into this I would greatly appreciate it.

I would also love to speak with top management about their companies specifically. I understand that some information is private but I would love to learn as much as possible about how your specific firm/organization is run. Things such as your mission and vision, your current strategy, your organizational performance, company trends, financial statements, etc.
