Topic: How to avoid powder on machined part

Hello everyone this is my first post, I am a stamping & fabricated component manufacturer based in pune India, serving local auto industry. I am facing some powder coating related issues for some of my components, I have two queries;

1) How to avoid powder being sprayed on machined parts

2) If after avoiding also its gets sprayed how to removed after component gets baked.

Looking forward for some wise words.

Try to find a supplier for masking products.  They make several different types of plugs, caps, and other items that may work for you.

The best way to remove powder after it gets baked is by chemical stripping. This usuallay takes 15-20 minutes in a heated bath.
