Starting a Cosmichrome business in North Carolina

My partner and I are in the process of learning all we can about Cosmichrome. I have samples and its pretty impressive stuff. We are looking now for a building. Hopfully we can be up and running in the next 4 to 5 months.

Anybody with pros and cons would be greatly appreciated.
