disolved copper in deox and sulfuric anodize solution

we have been experiencing some corrosion and re doposition of copper after anodize. substrate is mostly 2024 and we use a chromic acid deox (turco 6/16). what are the effects of high levels of disolved copper in the deox and anodize solutions?
