Resist Paint Supplier for Chrome Plated Plastic

My company has just received a change from our customer to add resist paint to two of our parts for assembly reasons.

We have a resist paint supplier, out of Japan, but they are refusing to register their paint in IMDS. This is a requirement that we need to fulfill.

The resist paint is for ABS and PC+ABS chrome plated parts.

Does anyone know of a reliable resist paint supplier (preferable in Asia) that they could recommend? We need to change suppliers immediately.

The matter is urgent and I'm trying to get this matter closed by 4/17/15. Any help or contact information would be greatly appreciated!
